Good, then the last item of the round: Lisa, you wanted to put forward a proposal. Three minutes, then we decide.

My proposal: a background piece on the municipalities transferring their swimming pools to private operators. It affects over forty cities, and so far nobody has compiled it systematically.

Interesting, but the crucial question arises for me: is that a story or an accumulation of local individual cases? Where does the supraregional insight lie?
- Redakteurin
At its core it's about a pattern: wherever pools were privatized, prices rose two- to threefold within two years — except in the two cities whose contracts contain exit clauses. It's precisely these contrasting pairs that constitute the insight.
«etwas macht den Erkenntniswert aus» — a Funktionsverbgefüge typical of C1 written/spoken German.

If the data holds up, that would be a good story. I see a practical problem, however: for the contrasting pairs we'd need access to contracts that are partly subject to nondisclosure clauses.
- Redakteurin
Two of the contracts are already available to me in anonymized form, one of them from an operator himself — out of concern for the industry's reputation, as he said. The rest I've requested via freedom-of-information requests.

That sounds better researched than the average of what has landed on the table here lately. Any objections to including it in the next issue?
- Ressortleiter
One reservation: the legal review should precede publication, given the operators named. If we risk threats of litigation, we have to be watertight.
- Redakteurin
Agreed, and I would only name names after consultation with the cities anyway. Transparency doesn't mean giving every board a stage.
- Chefredakteur
Gut.
Good. Then let's record it: inclusion as the cover story subject to legal review, four pages, editorial deadline three days before going to press. Lisa, you have the lead.
- Redakteurin
I'll gladly take the lead. One request: for the graphics I'd need someone from the data desk, ideally two days exclusively.

That could be arranged if we postpone the sports layout — it can wait a week without anyone noticing.
- Chefredakteur
Lisa — daraus mach etwas.
Settled, with one condition: the layout gets checked properly — last time the legend was smaller than the QR code. That ends the round. Lisa — make something of it.
